It’s not surprising that Virginia Tech is one of the leaders for Edwards as they are building a very good class on the defensive side of the ball so far after Robinson committed over the weekend. As far as Edwards goes, he had scheduled an official visit on June 14 at Michigan State and then announced his decision on June 22, but he canceled his visit and will now his decision this Saturday, according to Jason Stamm of Rivals. It's believed that he'll pick between Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

According to 247Sports Crystal Ball Prediction, Virginia Tech is projected to get a commitment from Edwards in two-plus weeks who is the 16th-ranked player in Virginia in the Class of 2025. Edwards said to Evan Watkins of 247Sports that the Hokies are" sitting good and he could see himself there and balling" in what would be a huge pickup for Pry and his defensive staff.
