It was another weekend with chaos in the ACC. It started Friday night with Syracuse rallying to beat UNLV in overtime and finished late with Miami getting the benefit of a replay review at California eight days after getting one against Virginia Tech.

In between those games, there were a lot of other results, including the Hokies putting behind them the result in Miami last weekend and rolling over Stanford, 31-7, on the West Coast. Other results had Pittsburgh remaining undefeated with a win over North Carolina, Clemson adding to Florida State's trouble, and Wake Forest beating North Carolina State on the road. It was good to see Grayson McCall released from the hospital after taking a hit and being carted off on a stretcher.

Before we look ahead to Week 7, let's take a loofk at the latest ACC football power rankings.

Clemson has looked very good since losing to Georgia in the opener, while Miami has been fortunate to win their last two games. Now you could say that they have got the benefit of some generous reviews, but they have battled back from second-half deficits, but you can do that only so many times before it comes to bite you in the end.

This upcoming weekend, it's a very light schedule with only six games on the slate. Clemson will be at Wake Forest, Georgia Tech plays at North Carolina, Louisville travels to Virginia, California travels back East to undefeated Pittsburgh and Stanford will play a non-conference game at Notre Dame.

There are a lot of byes this week, the first of two for the teams on it, including Virginia Tech, which returns home on Oct. 17 against Boston College at Lane Stadium at 7:30 p.m., a Thursday night, before hosting Georgia Tech the following weekend.
