How to Watch Virginia Tech vs. Syracuse With & Without Cable: Full Streaming Guide
By Scott Roche
Last week when the ACC announced the kick-off times for the Week 10 football games, they placed all the games in the dreaded six-day hold. In that case, they withheld the kick times and TV channel placements until after the Week 9 games.
This upcoming weekend, Virginia Tech heads to New York to play Syracuse at the JMA Wireless Dome and they might have to do it with running back Bhayshul Tuten's status in doubt following an injury late in the Hokies' 21-6 win on Saturday afternoon at Lane Stadium. As if Virginia Tech doesn't already struggle enough to win at Syracuse, losing their game-changing RB would be very difficult to replace.
How to Watch Virginia Tech vs. Syracuse With & Without Cable
Late Saturday night, the ACC released the kick-off times and channel placements for all seven games on Nov. 2. Virginia Tech at Syracuse will kick off at noon and be broadcast on the CW Network. Talk about a letdown in television coverage.
The Hokies have had one other game broadcast on the CW Network this season and it was in Week 2 in a win over Marshall. It was the second most difficult broadcast to sit through with the one a week later at Old Dominion on ESPN+ easily replacing that as a disappointing broadcast.
This time with the game on the road, most Hokies' fans will be watching on TV from their couch on the CW Network, and as usual, it will be streaming on FuboTV. There are not as many football games broadcast each year for all the teams and after sitting through the first CW Network broadcast, fans will realize just how spoiled they are with an ESPN broadcast whether it's on ESPN, ESPN2, or the ACC Network. Buckle up for another CW Network broadcast in 2024.
