If you want chaos, well, then you're in the right place watching the ACC in 2025. In what seems like a conference that nobody wants to take control of, it was another weekend of upsets and stunning results. Maybe the biggest happened in Charlottesville, where Wake Forest became bowl-eligible with a 16-9 win over Virginia, knocking the last ACC team from the ranks of the unbeaten in conference play.

With that said, it will be another week where there are some major shakeups in the latest ACC Football Power Rankings following Week 11.

ACC Football Power Rankings after Week 11

17. Boston College (1-9, 0-6)

  • Last Week: 17
  • Another week, another blowout loss for the Eagles, this time at home against SMU. With each passing week, the pressure is mounting and taking its toll on Bill O'Brien. It wouldn't be surprising if this job opened up in the next couple of weeks.

16. Syracuse (3-7, 1-6)

  • Last Week: 16
  • One year after a terrific Year 1 of the Frank Brown-era in New York that closed with a 10-win season, the Orange were blown out at Miami and will miss a bowl this year.

15. Stanford (3-7, 2-5)

  • Last Week: 15
  • Like Syracuse, the Cardinal are not going to be bowl eligible after a loss at North Carolina on Saturday. Like so many other programs across the country, they will be looking for a new coach soon as well.

14. Virginia Tech (3-6, 2-3

13. Florida State (4-5, 1-5)

  • Last Week: 12
  • Losing at Clemson on Saturday night could set up the James Franklin Bowl in Tallahassee next Saturday night. The loser could very well end up with the former Penn State coach.

12. North Carolina (4-5, 2-3)

  • Last Week: 14
  • Don't look now, but Bill Belichick and the Tar Heels are just two wins away from becoming bowl-eligible. After it not seeming possible, UNC may get an extra game after the regular season in Year 1 Belichick.

11. Clemson (4-5, 3-4)

  • Last Week:11
  • The Tigers didn't do Virginia Tech any favors by handing FSU and Norvell another loss, opening the door even more that he is fired after the season.

10. North Carolina State (5-4, 2-3)

  • Last Week: 9
  • It was a bye week for the Wolfpack, who remain one win away from becoming bowl eligible.

9. Duke (5-4, 4-1)

  • Last Week: 6
  • The Blue Devils are in the thick of the ACC race, but a brutal loss at UConn is not the way they want to go into next weekend's battle with Virginia.

8. California (6-4, 3-3)

  • Last Week: 10
  • The Golden Bears picked up a win over Louisville on the road in overtime to become bowl eligible and end the Cardinals' chance of playing in the ACC title game next month.

7. Louisville (7-2, 4-2)

  • Last Week: 3
  • One week after playing nearly a perfect second half at Virginia Tech, Louisville loses at home in overtime against Cal. That Miami road win is long-forgotten all of a sudden.

6. Wake Forest (6-3, 3-3)

  • Last Week: 8
  • The Demon Deacons continue to be a surprise this season and knocked off Virginia on the road, allowing just three field goals. Not many had them bowl-eligible when the season started.

5. Miami (7-2, 3-2)

  • Last Week: 7
  • The Hurricanes rebounded from a loss at SMU last weekend to crush the Orange at home.

4. Virginia (8-2, 5-1)

  • Last Week: 1
  • Virginia's high-powered offense was held to three field goals at home by Wake Forest, and the Cavaliers also lost QB Chandler Morris to an injury. They still somewhat control their destiny to Charlotte with wins over Duke and Virginia Tech.

3. SMU (7-3, 5-1)

  • Last Week: 5
  • The Mustangs avoided a letdown by crushing Boston College on the road.

2. Pittsburgh (7-2, 5-1)

  • Last Week: 4
  • Maybe the biggest winner this past weekend on a bye was the Panthers.

1. Georgia Tech (8-1, 5-1)

  • Last Week: 2
  • Maybe the second biggest winner this weekend on a bye week was the Yellow Jackets. Their matchup two weeks with Pitt at home is going to be a huge one.
