The second big recruiting weekend for college football this cycle for the Class of 2026 is here. To say that this is a vital recruiting period for Virginia Tech head coach Brent Pry and his staff would be an understatement.
There are some priority recruits on campus this weekend for the Hokies, and one was added at the last second, and it's a big one. Kamren Johnson, a 6-foot-4, 225-pound three-star edge from Virginia Beach, will be taking his visit two weeks earlier than expected.
Johnson moved up his visit to this weekend after originally planning to visit on the weekend of June 20, but there is a reason why he moved up his visit. It's safe to say that this visit is worth keeping an eye on.
