Virginia Tech football drops breathtaking new uniform & fans go nuts over sharp look

Over the summer, the Virginia Tech football team dropped new uniforms for the 2024 season. The maroon and white uniforms were ones that Virginia Tech fans fell in love with and they were sharp looking.

Leading into this week’s game against Boston College at home Thursday night at Lane Stadium, there had been hints that there was going to be a new looking uniform that the Hokies could be wearing. It was announced that there was a theme for the game, and it would be an “Orange Effect’’ which prompted fans to speculate what VIrginia Tech’s uniform would look like.

On Wednesday, the Virginia Tech X account released the uniforms the Hokies will be wearing when they take the field to Enter Sandman against Boston College. Like over the summer, Hokies’ fans approve of the uniform choice.

You have to admit, these uniforms are maybe the best ones to come out this season so far. The Orange is sweet looking, to say the least.

Some fans are even asking where they can buy one, no matter the cost.

Virginia Tech fans are excited for any game, never mind a Thursday night game against Boston College, but to be wearing a new uniform that is a huge hit makes it even better. The Hokies are coming off their bye and a dominating 31-7 victory at Stanford on Oct. 5 to even their record at 3-3 and now fans get to enjoy a sharp-looking new uniform in Blacksburg. Now all they need is to get a win on top of it as Virginia Tech begins the second half of the season looking very sharp.
