Payne and Peebles grade out high by PFF

PFF recently graded out players for the 2023 season at different positions. One member of the Virginia Tech football team graded out very well and it makes the fact that he did not make one single All-ACC list is even more laughable.

Defensive tackle Pheldarius Payne graded out at 90.7 according to PFF which was third best among Power 5 schools. He was the highest-rated of the four ACC players that made the list. Also making the list were two Clemson Tigers and Aneneas Peebles of Duke. Yes, the same Aeneas Peebles that committed to the Hokies in the transfer portal last month.

Peebles graded out ninth on the list at 85.0 and will be a welcomed addition to the Virginia Tech defensive line next season that should be better than they were this year.

Knahlij Harrell receives another Division 1 offer

Knahlij Harrell, a wide receiver and defensive back from Virginia Beach has an offer from Virginia Tech and on Tuesday, he received another offer from a Division 1 school to add to his impressive list of schools that have already offered him.

Liberty offered the Class of 2025 recruit, who has a scheduled visit to Blacksburg on Jan. 27.
