The Eagles beat Notre Dame, then played North Carolina tough at home before falling to the talented Tar Heels. Quinten Post continues to be one of the better interior players in the conference and Virginia Tech fans will see him up close this week at Cassell Coliseum.

Without a doubt, the biggest upset this week took place in Durham when the Panthers went in and upset the Blue Devils, 80-76, on Saturday night. They have a pair of tough road games this week before returning home.

The Tigers suffered a disappointing home loss to Georgia Tech, then rebounded on the road with a win at Florida State. The Tigers are one of the more head-scratching teams in the ACC as they rolled through their non-conference schedule, but have slipped in conference play a bit.
