It's hard to believe, but the 2024 ACC baseball regular season is over and it's time to begin the annual ACC Tournament in Charlotte, North Carolina this week. Beginning Tuesday, 12 schools will begin the march to Saturday's two semifinal round games ahead of Sunday's championship game.

The tournament is broken down into four pools based on the final standings. Virginia Tech will be in Pool C this week with North Carolina State and Duke. That's not going to be easy for a team that is sliding fast and fading quickly from any hopes of making the NCAA Tournament after being swept over the weekend at Virginia and losing their last six conference series. They will likely need to win the tournament at this point to have a realistic shot of extending their season past Memorial Day Weekend.

Sunday, the ACC released the dates and times for the games, and here is a breakdown, and when the Hokies will play the Wolfpack and Blue Devils.

Tuesday

  • Miami vs. Louisville, 11 a.m.
  • Georgia Tech vs. Florida State, 3 p.m.
  • Virginia Tech vs. Duke, 7 p.m.

Wednesday

  • Virginia vs. Georgia Tech, 11 a.m.
  • Pittsburgh vs. Wake Forest, 3 p.m.
  • North Carolina State vs. Virginia Tech, 7 p.m.

Thursday

  • Clemson vs. Miami, 11 a.m.
  • North Carolina vs. Pittsburgh, 3 p.m.
  • North Carolina State vs. Duke, 7 p.m.

Friday

  • Florida State vs. Virginia, 11 a.m.
  • Lousiville vs. Clemson, 3 p.m.
  • Wake Forest vs. North Carolina, 7 p.m.

Saturday

  • Semifinals, 1 p.m. & 5 p.m.

Sunday

  • Championship Game, Noon

This is always a fun tournament, but the Hokies are going to need to likely win the tournament, or get to the championship game to have a realistic shot at an NCAA Tournament berth because of their recent struggles. With the starting pitching struggling and the bullpen woes, it's going to be a lot harder than it looked six weeks ago.
