Two teams coming off of disappointing losses this past weekend will meet in Blacksburg on Saturday afternoon. Virginia Tech held a 21-3 third-quarter lead at Syracuse only to lose, 38-31, in overtime, while Clemson dropped a 33-21 decision at home against Louisville.
Now two teams with high expectations to begin the season are both likely going to be on the outside looking in when it comes down to the ACC Championship Game next month in Charlotte. When the schedule was released last winter, a lot of people thought that this game would have huge implications.
Now with two teams coming in off of losses, Clemson's ACC title chances are on life support while the Hokies are gone. With that said, here is a full streaming guide for Saturday afternoon's battle in Blacksburg.
Virginia Tech vs. Clemson How to Watch With & Without Cable
Last Monday, the ACC released the start times for the Week 11 games, but they placed all games except for the Florida State at Notre Dame, which was previously scheduled for 7:30 p.m., in the six-day flex window. After Saturday's results, the conference released the start times and channel assignments for all the remaining games.
The ACC placed the Clemson at Virginia Tech game in the 3:30 p.m. time slot and it will be broadcast on ESPN, while also streaming on the ESPN app and ESPN.com. This time and channel assignment is somewhat surprising as it was thought that this game might be the 8 p.m. primetime game on the ACC Network, but that was given to Virginia at Pittsburgh.
This is actually not a bad time and it beats the CW Network, which had this past weekend's Hokies' game at Syracuse and the Orange will be back on that channel this weekend at Boston College at noon.
