A couple of weeks after the ACC released the women's basketball conference schedules for the 2025-26 season, they dropped the men's on Tuesday.
Virginia Tech released its full non-conference schedule over the summer, with the only the ACC schedule needing to be released. For the Hokies, conference play will begin at the end of December at home against Virginia, and the regular season will end in early March, on the road at Virginia.
There are some scheduling quirks this winter with Mike Young's squad playing a home-and-home series with Wake Forest, but they don't play Pittsburgh. After making the trip out west last season to play newcomers Stanford and California on the road, both schools will make their first trip to Blacksburg as ACC members.

As you can see, there is no Pittsburgh on the schedule for the Hokies, and they will play the three second-year conference members all in a row in early January in a span of seven or eight days. After their trip to Charlottesville in early March to close out the regular season, the Hokies will then head to the Spectrum Center in Charlotte from March 10-14 for the ACC Tournament. Last year, they were bounced on the opening day by California.
