Virginia Tech announces the NC State football game is sold out

If there is one thing true about Virginia Tech fans, it’s that they’re passionate about their sports regardless of their record. The school recently announced that the final home game of the 2023 football season at Lane Stadium against North Carolina State on Nov. 18 at 3:30 p.m. has been sold out.

It will be the final game in Blacksburg for the seniors and regardless of how this weekend’s contest at Boston College goes, it’s a very important game for Brent Pry and his team.

The 2024 college baseball season is just over four months away and Virginia Tech announced their schedule for the upcoming season.

The Hokies will open the season with a three-game series on the road against Charlotte, then a non-conference game at James Madison. Rhode Island is the first home series in Blacksburg from Feb. 23-25 and then a trip to Radford. The rest of the non-conference schedule includes matchups at home against Stoney Brook for a three-game series, then single games against Binghamton, Marist, East Tennessee State University, Marshall, Liberty, Radford, George Mason, James Madison, and a three-game series against Ohio. The Hokies will also play a game on May 8 at Liberty.

The ACC schedule includes a three-game home series against Notre Dame (March 8-10), Pittsburgh (March 29-31), Wake Forest (April 5-7), Duke (April 19-21) and Miami (May 10-12). Their ACC series on the road are at Louisville (March 15-17), Boston College (March 22-24), Georgia Tech (April 12-14), North Carolina (April 26-28) and Virginia (May 16-18).
