Well, that wait is over, and Hokies nationwide are thrilled to get a peak at what the team will be wearing for the highly anticipated 2024 season. It was known that the Hokies would be removing the collarbone stripes in return for a more classic look. Now that we can view them for ourselves, let's compare them to uniforms of the past.

As mentioned, the first noticeable change is the removal of the recent collarbone stripes. This is what had fans guessing that the new uniforms may have some similarities to the iconic ones worn during the Michael Vick era. Fans can now see the famous Hokie Stone within the numbers on the uniforms. This isn't the first time we have seen Hokie Stone incorporated into Virginia Tech uniforms. Many Hokies loved the gray Hokie Stone uniforms that were unveiled for the Battle at Bristol match. It will be interesting to see how fans feel about the newest updates to the attire.
