Virginia Tech added strong skilled players on offense

Offensively, there are a lot of good players returning for the Virginia Tech football team at the skill positions. Four wide receivers, running back Bhayshul Tuten, and quarterback Kyron Drones to go along with Cunningham on the offensive line. There are some Class of 2024 recruits that can make an impact next season, but the future beyond is promising with some of the signings on Wednesday.

Wide receivers Keylen Adams and Chanz Wiggins are highly rated recruits and they are both from Virginia. It would not be surprising to see either make an impact next season, they certainly will be heard from down the line as downfield playmakers. Running back Tyler Mason out of North Carolina has eye-popping numbers and he is a shifty back that is tough to bring down after exploding through the holes.

Drones is back under center next season, but quarterback Davi Belfort has put up some big numbers at Western High School in Florida. He's the 73rd-ranked quarterback by 247 Sports, but he is someone who can throw the ball over the field and he has a good deep ball.

Overall it was a good day for Virginia Tech and there is a lot to like about this class next season and beyond.
