As an 11-time Pro Bowler, Smith racked up an unbelievable 1,224 total tackles and 43 forced fumbles.

The former Hokie played in the NFL for nearly two decades and spent the majority of his professional career with the Buffalo Bills. Since retiring after the 2003 season, Smith's No. 78 jersey has been retired by the Bills and he has been inducted into the team's Wall of Fame.
Smith is a part of the 1980s and 1990s NFL All-Decade Teams as well as a part of the NFL's 100th Anniversary All-Time Team.
