ACC Power Rankings: Georgia Tech upsets Florida State to cause major shake up for Week 1
By Scott Roche
Three ACC teams took the field as part of a very light Week 0 schedule, but what a pair of games it ended up being. Georgia Tech upset Florida State on a game-winning field goal as time expired to shock the 10th-ranked Seminoles. SMU, a four-touchdown favorite at Nevada needed 16 fourth-quarter points over the final 8:01 to escape with a 29-24 victory.
