After six days off, the Virginia Tech women's basketball team will return to the court Friday afternoon in Fort Myers in the Fort Myers Tip-Off, just two days after the Hokies men were in their version of the tournament.
Last time out on Saturday afternoon at Cassell Coliseum, Virginia Tech got a triple-double from senior Rose Micheaux in an 87-69 victory. That effort got the Minnesota transfer USBWA Player of the Week honors. This weekend, Megan Duffy and her team are going to face tougher competition in Florida beginning with Davidson. The question is, how can you watch the Fort Myers Tip-Off? We've got you covered.

Virginia Tech fans are used to some type of ESPN platform broadcasting the game whether it's ESPN, ESPN2, ACC Network, or ACC Network Extra. However, this time, Hokies' fans are going to have to dig deep to find the broadcast for the two games this weekend.
Friday afternoon's game and either the consolation game or championship game on Saturday will be broadcast on Women's Sports Network. The game against Davidson will tip at 4:30. You might be asking, where would I find the Women's Sports Network? Here is the link and the list of streaming services that carry it.
This is going to be a very good weekend test for Duffy and her team. After Davidson, they will play either Michigan or Belmont on Saturday before heading to Georgia next week for the ACC/SEC Challenge. The women will hope to have better success than Mike Young and his team did this week in Fort Myers after they lost to Michigan and South Carolina.
