Fran Brown has the Orange on the verge of a nine-win season in his first season in New York and they face a massive game at home Saturday afternoon against Miami.

The Blue Devils held off the Hokies on Saturday night at home for their eighth win of the season and they have a golden opportunity for a nine-win season in Year 1 of the Manny Diaz era in Durham at Wake Forest on Saturday.

Again, the Hurricanes let a team hang around, this time Wake Forest, before scoring the last 25 points for a win going away. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens at the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday afternoon.

As expected, the Tigers took care of The Citadel and now awaits Miami's result next Saturday at Syracuse to see if they get a trip to Charlotte on Dec. 7. South Carolina on Saturday at home is going to be a game.

What an impressive season by the Mustangs in their first season in the ACC. They clinched a spot in the ACC Championship Game on Dec. 7 in Charlotte against either Miami and Clemson with a rout Virginia on Saturday. Cal is the only team standing between them and a perfect first conference season.
