The Colts are also undergoing a change of guard at quarterback. The Colts defense unlike the first two teams, however, is pretty good. So Farley may be asked to come in and step up with the rest of them, and make it one of the better ones in the NFL. They have a need at corner, though for some reason most of their fans won’t admit it. Farley would only be expected to play corner, due to some solid special teams.

This system I think fits Farley the best as far as the scheme goes. They also boast a really good pass rush which should mean he can take advantage of pressured quarterbacks. I wouldn’t look for Farley to start instantly at CB1 here, it may take him a year or two to get there. The Colts will be drafting here based on pure upside.

Unlike the first two, I think the Colts would have to trade back into the second round to get him if he falls. Their first pick this round will be used on the offensive line unless they cover that in the first round. If that’s the case I would look for them to come down to Farley or a linebacker. There is plenty of chances for the Colts to get Farley, but taking him with a second pick in the round seems to make the most sense. A corner is a huge need for them and they won’t be in a position to take Horn, Surtain, or Samuel Jr at this point in the second round.
