Virginia Tech Rolls To 3-1 With Win Over VMI

Virginia Tech basketball improved to 3-1 yesterday. The Hokies beat Virginia Military by a score of 105-95. Jarell Eddie led the way with 21 points, and 7 rebounds. This game was special for Virginia Tech since they had 5 players that finished with double digits in scoring. Eddie had 21, Ben Emelogu had 19, C.J. Barksdale had 16, Devin Wilson had 13, and Adam Smith had 11.
The Hokies were clicking last night, and their numbers show. They shot 52.2% from the field, and 64.7% from the 3 point line. Another major factor to the win was the fact that VT out rebounded VMI 52-31. However, the Cadets definitely put up a fight against the Hokies. They had 3 player score in the 20’s and were able to post 92 points. The win is big for VT, and they now will prepare for Michigan State on November 22nd.
