This week Hokie fans, our beloved team is back to being on the winning side of the scoreboard.  The Hokies finally righted the leaking ship that was the start to our season.  This win was a solid confidence booster as the meat of the schedule starts.  In the coming weeks, the Hokies will face solid ACC competition and coming in on a three-game losing streak would not be a good way to enter this tough stretch of games.

The defense needed a game to get themselves back into top form.  Also, the offense was in need of a game where they could gain some momentum and rhythm which they hope to continue in the weeks to come.  This game was not all good that the 35-17 score would lead you to believe as there was some bad and even some ugly.
