Well Hokie fans, this week is a lot different from last week.  In the previous week, Hokie Nation was riding high after an upset win over Ohio State.  This week, the feeling is the exact opposite coming off a disappointing loss to the Pirates of East Carolina.  The Hokies experienced the ultimate letdown game, losing to the unranked Pirates.

The Hokies were never really in the game and the Pirates had the Hokies on their heels from the opening drive. Shane Carden and a stellar passing attack seemed to be the better team on Saturday in Blacksburg.  The loss might not hurt the Hokies as bad as some might think because it is my opinion that the Pirates might not lose another game this season.
